These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Arlo: AI Task Manager ("Arlo," "we," "our"), developed and operated by Arvel Labs. By downloading or using Arlo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Arlo. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Arlo offers a free trial and optional auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and annual) for access to Arlo Premium features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
The Apple End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to your use of Arlo and is available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Arlo can optionally connect to your Gmail account to identify emails that require action. If you connect Gmail:
Arlo's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You agree not to:
Arlo and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Arvel Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over the tasks, notes, or content you create in Arlo.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data. By using Arlo, you agree to our data practices as described there.
Arlo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of Arlo is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arvel Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Arlo. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Arlo and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Arlo ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Arlo after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
